		RPCC was recently awarded by The Institute for Construction Training and Development (ICTAD).


		RPC Constructions recently opened its office in Bandarawela to carry out road construction.

Location : Seenigama, Hikkaduwa , Sri Lanka

Client : Foundation of Goodness, Sri Lanka

Requirements : Planning, Designing of total layout for 42 duplex housing units, a Community Centre, Playgrounds, Water purification plant, Reservations, Green belt, and related Infrastructure within the scheme.

Challenges : Given the limited area the site, designing the layout for the water distribution and Waste Water Management System including reservation.

Schedule : Site clearing and Earthworks commenced in May 2006 and was completed in December 2006.
