		RPCC was recently awarded by The Institute for Construction Training and Development (ICTAD).


		RPC was recently awarded ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification.

RPCC has been awarded by ICTAD :

RPCC has been awarded the M1 grading for Building and Road construction, by ICTAD recently. RPCC now can tender for projects upto Rs. 600 mln. This grading was awarded to RPCC after a thorough analysis of its previous experiences, financial strength, human resources and availability of and machinery etc.

RPCC has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 :

RPCC has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate. We are the first construction company to be obtained this certification. During the process of obtaining the certification, the quality management system was restructured to be inline with the requirements and standards.

RPCC has completed the Maradankadawala - Jayanthipura (A 011) Road :

RPCC has completed and handed over the Maradankadawala - Jayanthipura (A 011) Road. The project was funded by the World Bank, and the construction was carried out under the consultancy of BCEOM. RPCC carried out total construction work of 15km stretch of this road, including all structures and paving of asphalt. The total project value exceeds Rs. 278 million.

RPCC Township Project :

RPC Construction was awarded a Township Project in the East Coast by the Rotary Club of Colombo. The Project was to design and build a Housing scheme inclusive of a community centre and all related infrastructure.

RPCC undertakes rehabilitation of Schools :

RPC Construction in a bold move commenced the construction of schools and related administration buildings in areas of high tension in the Eastern Region. The Company intends having its presence and providing added comfort for clients, as it is a well known and respected company belonging to the Richard Pieris Group that owns the key brand ‘Arpico'.

RPCC Launches its Company Web site :

RPC Construction recently launched its company web site. The company intends continuously updating and increasing the level of interaction between this web site and key stakeholders of the construction and construction management process.

RPCC opens office in Maradankadawela :

RPC Constructions recently opened its office in Maradankadawela (Central Province) to carry out road construction work in the region.

Machinery Available for Hire :

RPC constructions Pvt Ltd. has expanded its business into hiring of heavy machinery used in the construction industry. RPCC has Rs.150 mln worth of heavy machinery.
