		RPCC was recently awarded by The Institute for Construction Training and Development (ICTAD).


		RPC Constructions recently opened its office in Bandarawela to carry out road construction.

Location : Horana , Sri Lanka

Client : Arpico Plastics Ltd

Requirements : Designing and building of 2 pre-engineered Steel Building, 40000 & 20000 Sq ft.

Challenges : Construction of all works from Foundation level. Given the variety of businesses the factories will house it is critical to complete all works during very short period of time.

Schedule : Planning, Analysis & Design Contract commenced in March 2007 and was completed in May 2007. Construction commenced in June 2007 and estimated to be completed by November 2007.
