Requirements : Stage 1: Site preparation work for the construction of a Super Center Complex. Land Extent 1.37 acres. - Completed.
Stage 2: Construction of the Foundation and Super Structure of the Super Center Complex.

Challenges : This is a Concrete Structure with a floor area of approximately 56,000 Sq ft. Completion of the Civil and M & E Works within a short period of 5 month will be a challenge. Night work is being planned for timely completion. |
