		Dr. Sena Yaddehige is a Sri Lankan born, British industrialist. He is the Managing Director of Precision Variances International Ltd, a UK hi-tech manufacturing group. As well as automotive components and systems, the PVI Group also exports precision injection mouldings for automotive and industrial markets. Dr. Yaddehige is the Chairman of Asia Capital Ltd., Asian Alliance Insurance Co. Ltd., Richard Pieris Exports and RPK Management Services.

		Mr. Paul Ratnayake is a leading commercial lawyer and the senior partner and founder of Paul Ratnayake Associates. He graduated with honors from the University of Ceylon (Colombo) and has been awarded a LLM Degree by the University of London. He is an Attorney-at-Law of the supreme court of Sri Lanka and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He is the Director - Corporate Affairs of the Company.
